Platform Announcements
Communicate with all tenants through platform-wide announcements. Send maintenance notices, feature updates, policy changes, and system alerts that appear across every tenant board.
Accessing Platform Announcements
- Go to Super Admin > Announcements
- You'll see all existing platform announcements
Creating Announcements
- Click Create Announcement
- Fill in the announcement details:

| Type | Controls the color and tone of the announcement |
| Targeting | Filter which tenants see the announcement |
| Publish | Publish now or schedule for a future date |
| Send via Email | Optionally email the announcement to targeted tenants |
Announcement Types
Choose a type that matches the tone of your message:

| Info | Blue | General information and updates |
| Warning | Amber | Important notices, upcoming changes |
| Success | Green | Positive news, new features shipped |
| Error | Red | Critical alerts, service issues |
Targeting
Filter which tenants receive the announcement:
- Filter by tenant status — target only active, trial, suspended, or pending tenants
- Filter by plan — target tenants on specific subscription plans
This allows you to send relevant messages to the right audience. For example, send a trial-specific promotion only to tenants on trial, or notify paid tenants about a new premium feature.
Scheduling
You can publish an announcement immediately or schedule it for a future date and time. Scheduled announcements are published automatically at the specified time.
Email Delivery
Toggle Send via Email to deliver the announcement to targeted tenant admins' inboxes in addition to the in-app banner.
When sending via email, messages are batched 50 at a time to avoid overwhelming your mail server and to stay within rate limits.
Managing Announcements
From the announcements list, you can view all announcements with their key details:

| Read Count | How many tenant admins have seen the announcement |
Actions
- Edit — Update the title, body, type, or targeting of an existing announcement
- Delete — Permanently remove an announcement
Tenant Visibility
Platform announcements appear as notification banners on the tenant admin panel. When a tenant admin logs in, they see any unread platform announcements displayed prominently.
The Read Count on each announcement tracks how many tenant admins have viewed and acknowledged the announcement, giving you insight into how effectively your message has reached your audience.
