Time Range Filter

Filter all revenue data by time period:

  • 7 days - Last week
  • 30 days - Last month
  • 90 days - Last quarter
  • 1 year - Last year
  • All time - Everything since launch

Revenue Metrics

MetricDescription
MRRMonthly Recurring Revenue — sum of all active monthly subscriptions + yearly subscriptions divided by 12
ARRAnnual Recurring Revenue — MRR multiplied by 12
Active SubscribersNumber of tenants with active paid subscriptions
Trial TenantsNumber of tenants currently on a trial period
Churn RateCancellation rate as a percentage of active subscribers
Trial ConversionPercentage of trial tenants that convert to a paid plan

Revenue by Plan

A breakdown showing how much revenue each plan contributes to your total. Use this to understand which plans are most popular and which drive the most revenue.


Subscription Events

The Events Over Time chart visualizes subscription activity over your selected time range:

  • New subscriptions - New tenants signing up for paid plans
  • Cancellations - Tenants cancelling their subscriptions
  • Upgrades - Tenants moving to a higher plan
  • Downgrades - Tenants moving to a lower plan
  • Renewals - Subscriptions renewing at the end of their billing period

Recent Events

A table of the latest 10 subscription events, showing:

Cancellation Reasons

When tenants cancel, they are asked for a reason. The breakdown includes:

  • Too expensive - Pricing is a barrier
  • Switching to another product - Competitor preference
  • Not enough features - Missing functionality
  • Too complicated - Usability concerns
  • Other - Freeform feedback

Use this data to improve your platform and reduce churn. If a specific reason dominates, address it directly — adjust pricing, add features, or improve onboarding.
